Our Approach: The Core Value Co-Creation Workshop

In the workshop, we guided the Argox team through our custom Core Value Canvas, a framework designed to connect technology, customer journey, and core values. By integrating Gen AI as a creative co-pilot, we helped the team unlock groundbreaking ideas.

Four cross-functional teams seamlessly moved from technology audits and customer journey mapping to innovative thinking and core message crafting. Collaborating directly with AI, the Argox team generated a concrete blueprint for future products and defined four powerful core value messages. This dynamic process yielded innovative solutions for easier printer management, specialized environment printing, and strategies for building a stronger partner ecosystem.

The workshop delivered more than a roadmap; it fostered a new understanding of AI-powered collaboration and energized the entire leadership team for the future.

Ba Cai Corp. is the exclusive Taiwan distributor for a groundbreaking Japanese oral care product: a periodontal gel with award-winning EX-polyphosphate designed to combat gum recession. The founder, Victor Tsai, aimed to bypass the traditional dental-only sales channel and bring the product directly to consumers via e-commerce, but initial growth was slow.

 

Our Approach: A Full-Funnel DTC Strategy

We partnered with BaTsai Corp. to architect a full Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) turnaround.

  • Product & Message Repositioning: We shifted the focus to new, high-value customer needs like "sensitive teeth" and "post-implant care," crafting a compelling brand story around these use cases.

  • Integrated Digital Marketing: We built a long-term SEO foundation, launched targeted Google & Meta Ads for immediate traffic, and leveraged Generative AI for highly efficient content marketing and sales funnel optimization.

  • Channel Expansion: We guided the transition from marketplaces like MOMO and Shopee to a proprietary DTC website, and further expanded their reach into physical pharmacies.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: By continuously analyzing performance data, we reallocated ad spend to the highest-performing channels, dramatically cutting costs while scaling revenue.
